Document Processing Specialist (with English)

We are building a tech-savvy fintech company IT Kontakt: since 2019, we have been creating modern digital platforms that simplify processes, reduce costs, and increase the security of real estate acquisition transactions. Thanks to our work, many people around the world have been able to realize their dream of owning a home. We are already over 600 people, and due to the company's active growth, we are looking for an Operational Department Specialist for our team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possesses a completed higher education, preferably in economics and business, regional studies, or linguistics;
• Confidently speaks English (B2 and above) – mandatory;
• Has at least 6 months of work experience;
• Responsible, communicative, organized.

What will you be doing?

• Working in a corporate system and on branded information platforms;
• Thoroughly analyzing documents to identify potential discrepancies or errors;
• Maintaining reports on the results of the verification, including identified discrepancies;
• Collaborating with other departments of the company for prompt issue resolution;
• If necessary – communicating with clients and business partners.
