We require an experienced System Analyst for the implementation of the project to develop the ERP system OeBS(R12). OeBS(R12) is an enterprise resource management system. It is necessary to ensure the operability and development of the existing electronic document management solution with the SBIS and Diadoc operator personal accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting business analysis of processes related to EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) together with client colleagues;
- Preparation and approval of design solutions for improvements with the client;
- Setting tasks for the developer, testing the solution, preparing accompanying documentation;
- High-quality execution of assigned tasks within the established deadlines. Maintaining and building relationships with clients, productive communication within the team.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the broad group of specialties "Informatics and Computer Engineering", "Control in Technical Systems";
- Knowledge of: OeBS(R12), Oracle DBMS, web services, Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word, MS Project, MS Visio, 1C;
- Ability to analyze XML, advantage for XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON;
- Experience working with ERP OeBS in financial and logistics modules or participation in software development as an analyst/lead analyst will be a plus;
- Participation in implementation projects from project initiation to industrial operation will be an advantage;
- Personal qualities: ability to clearly formulate and set tasks and goals, good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, initiative.
