Description
The Center of Expertise of the Investment Activity Department – a unit in Yekaterinburg responsible for structuring and executing deals with equity risk in the regions (mezzanine financing, direct investments) invites a consultant - deal structurer with equity risk to join the team.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- structuring a deal with equity risk taking into account the bank's interests
- preparation, analysis, and updating of CF models (cash flow) for potential new and portfolio companies
- stress testing, calculating investment efficiency for the bank
- preparation of materials for the Investment Committee
- participation in defending the deal at committees of various levels of the Sber Group.
Requirements
Expectations from the candidate:
- strong CF modeling skills, practical experience will be an advantage
- deep knowledge of corporate finance theory and business valuation
- experience in structuring and executing financing deals for investment projects/project financing is desirable
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work
- knowledge of English will be an advantage.
