Product Manager
Internal Support Automations
Remote
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for the internal support tools development team. You will be involved in creating products that directly impact the speed and quality of support operations, and ultimately, the user experience.
Currently, the team is simultaneously supporting ongoing processes and launching several major initiatives. This role is for a T-shaped specialist: we don't have project managers or system/business analysts, so you will be responsible for discovery, close collaboration with analytics, diving into technical product limitations, and communicating clear requirements to development.
What you will do
- Conduct discovery for new products and features;
- Gather and structure requirements from internal stakeholders, refine and supplement them for development transfer;
- Understand current processes, identify problems, and propose solutions;
- Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks;
- Work with analytics: define metrics, set up tracking, perform post-launch analysis;
- Participate in MVP launches and subsequent iterations (gather feedback, implement improvements);
- Conduct interviews with internal users (support, operations teams).
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product company;
- Willingness to work with imperfect requirements from non-technical stakeholders, ability to gather necessary information and independently document it for development;
- Understanding of support metrics will be a big plus;
- Ability to work with analytics: metrics, dashboards, evaluating launch impact; you have worked closely with a product analyst and know how to assign tasks to get the most useful results;
- Technical understanding: comprehension of architectural differences (monolith/microservices), databases, APIs, logging;
- Applied understanding of ML/AI (LLM, NLP — where it's appropriate and where it's not);
- Ability to handle a large amount of context and parallel tasks;
- Independence: ability to figure out tasks without constant supervision, dive into documentation, gather information bit by bit;
- Proactiveness and curiosity — a desire to get to the truth, understand the details, and propose improvements;
- Interest in internal products and automation.
How we work
- from anywhere in the world: we are not tied to a location, we pay in dollars, and we love to travel;
- no bureaucracy: convenient, healthy work processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussions and decision-making;
- compensation: voluntary medical insurance, psychotherapy or foreign language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
