Product Analyst (Partners Experience)
Travelpayouts is an affiliate platform from the creators of Aviasales, specializing in monetizing travel traffic. We help travel bloggers and webmasters around the world earn on their websites using affiliate tools from brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Viator, and others.
We are currently looking for a Product Analyst who will be tasked with developing the partner's personal account (partner portal/dashboard) as well as a new experimental monetization tool.
We adhere to the principles of partnership between the analyst and the manager, with a high level of responsibility and the opportunity for real influence on product changes. If this resonates with you – perhaps we have a match!
What you will do
- Completely overhaul the metric system of the partner's personal account and quantify the partner's experience within it using metrics and dashboards;
- Research the features and usage patterns of the partner's personal account, identify growth points for product and business metrics;
- Support A/B tests both within the personal account and in the new monetization tool – from brainstorming hypotheses and designing tests to summarizing results and providing recommendations.
What we expect from you
- Experience as a Product Analyst for 3+ years;
- Understanding of the physical meaning of business and product metrics, ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
- Experience conducting A/B tests (knowledge and application of variance reduction methods will be a plus);
- Knowledge of SQL (including window functions) and experience analyzing real data with Python;
- Understanding of how to effectively apply LLMs in your work;
- Independence, flexibility, and adaptability in today's ever-changing world.
How we work
- Anywhere in the world: We are not location-bound, pay in US dollars, and love to travel;
- No bureaucracy: User-friendly, straightforward processes, horizontal and open communication, quick discussion of ideas and decision-making;
- We compensate for: Private health insurance (VHI/DMS), psychotherapy or foreign language classes, sports activities, and sick leave.
