Visa la Vida is a company that assists clients in obtaining Spanish residency permits. We are looking for a Head of Department and Chief Expert in this area – a practitioner with experience in independently preparing cases and a deep understanding of migration processes.

What you will do:
• Be the chief expert on migration cases, consult the team, and handle complex cases
• Monitor the quality of document preparation
• Manage departmental processes and KPIs, distribute cases
• Build processes from scratch: develop regulations and a knowledge base
• Train the team, implement quality control
• Analyze errors, optimize and automate processes, prepare regular analytics

Requirements: • Experience in independently preparing documents for Spanish residency permits • Team management experience of 2+ years
• Deep understanding of migration processes
• Experience in building and optimizing processes, working with KPIs and analytics
• Systematic thinking and independence

Will be a plus:
• Experience with different types of Spanish residency permits (especially Digital Nomad Visa)
• Willingness to develop the product and train the team in new areas
