📌 Project Description:

System analyst in transport logistics and distributed systems. Expertise in logistics systems and industrial logistics. Work with the full cycle of IT projects: from survey and requirements gathering to acceptance and launch.

📋 Mandatory Requirements:

— Experience as a business or system analyst for at least 3 years, including participation in full-cycle IT projects — Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes: customer interviews, AS-IS / TO-BE, identifying bottlenecks, agreeing on the target model and business rules — Ability to formalize business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements; prioritization, change tracking, coordination — Skills in preparing project documentation: business requirements, functional/technical specifications, User Stories and Use Cases, instructions, process models, acceptance criteria — Proficiency in BPMN 2.0; understanding of UML (Use Case, Sequence, Activity) — Practical SQL: JOIN, aggregations, data quality checks, working with database structure — Understanding of relational database principles, normalization, ER modeling — Understanding of integrations: REST API, JSON, HTTP, basics of SOAP/XML; description of API contracts, data mapping, errors, idempotency — Experience interacting with developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders — Work with Jira and Confluence; Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools

🔹 Domain Expertise — critically important:

— Experience in transport/distribution logistics, preferably petroleum product supply — Supply chain planning: refineries → oil depots/terminals → gas stations — Inventory management, demand forecasting, seasonality, critical stock levels — Planning of tanker truck routes considering tank capacity, product compatibility, oil depot and gas station schedules, traffic restrictions, driver working hours — Routing, geofencing, GPS monitoring, operational replanning — Working with master data: oil depots, gas stations, tanks, petroleum products, transport, drivers, tariffs, routes — Calculation and interpretation of KPIs: fuel availability at gas stations, stock in days, plan fulfillment, logistics costs, vehicle utilization rate (mileage and volume), downtime, trip cycle time — Reporting and analytics on inventory, routes, transportation efficiency, and plan deviations

🔹 Systemic part of the role:

— Ability to translate business rules and constraints into verifiable system requirements — Experience describing integrations with accounting systems (1C/SAP), GPS trackers, mobile applications, and mapping services — Understanding of roles and access rights, logging, reliability, and degradation of functions during external system unavailability — Understanding of transactionality, error handling, and data integrity principles — Ability to read logs, use Swagger/Postman; experience with PostgreSQL or other industrial DBMS — Understanding of web/mobile architecture principles will be a plus

➕ Will be an advantage:

— Projects in petroleum product supply, fuel retail, WMS/TMS/OMS/ERP, dispatching or supply chain planning — Experience in setting tasks for optimization algorithms: objective function, constraints, scenarios, input data, quality criteria — Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
