Clearway Integration is a team of architects and consultants founded by former Microsoft Consulting Services professionals. We create software products for managing and monitoring large IT infrastructures. The company is accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, has products in the Register of Domestic Software, and provides systemically important services.

We are developing a line of software products for automated management and monitoring of servers and workstations in networks of tens of thousands of hosts, management of TLS and GOST Public Key Infrastructure, and country-scale Active Directory and Exchange forest migrations. Our products are successfully used in one of the largest banks and a number of industrial holdings. We solve real problems for real people, not just re-label "import substitution".

What you will do:

• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for software being developed, interact with teams.

• Develop and update technical documentation: functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, use cases.

• Model business processes and translate them into software requirements, create and maintain UML diagrams, schemes, and other visual models.

• Participate in the analysis of competing solutions, create and update battlecards.

• Actively participate in system architecture design.

• Actively participate in system testing and validation of developed solutions for compliance with requirements.

• Participate in the creation of technical documentation, form and maintain the company's knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.

• Solid knowledge of industry terminology in IT infrastructure monitoring and corporate information system status, configuration management, PKI infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT system analyst or in a similar role.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Practical experience in applying system analysis methodologies such as UML, BPMN, IDEF, and others.

• Understanding of software testing processes.

• Skills in using modeling and documentation tools.

• Understanding of the principles of REST API, SOAP, and other inter-service communication protocols.

• Knowledge of SQL and understanding of principles for working with various database types.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the "big picture".

• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, proactivity, and responsibility.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in software development companies or IT consulting.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) principles.

• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.) and infrastructure management.

• Certifications in system analysis (CBAP).

• Basic understanding of any programming language.
