Producer-Stylist at PERVERT

Responsibilities: Manage the shoot from idea to final frame, without losing either aesthetics or deadline; style catalog and image shoots (lookbooks, online catalog, image campaigns), manage the full production cycle (find locations, photographers, makeup artists, rent items, communicate with contractors), control the schedule and budget at each stage of the shoot, participate in creative planning (create mood boards, concepts, visual references), participate in the final content selection

Requirements:

• Experience with realized shoots for premium-level fashion brands and above
• Ability to read between the lines of a brief and turn an abstract idea into a concrete image
• Strong visual awareness and the ability to justify every stylistic choice
• Stress resistance and flexibility – the ability to stay calm when something goes off-plan on set
• Ability to build relationships with contractors
• Willingness to travel for business and work intense periods during seasonal campaigns
