We are growing and inviting a Creative Producer! to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organization, planning, and coordination of photo and video shoots (catalog, mobile content, special projects, Reels);
- Development of creative concepts for shoots in accordance with brand style and company values;
- Management of the shooting process, quality control of the visual result;
- Search and selection of locations, models, stylists, makeup artists, and other team members for shooting tasks;
- Work on the shooting set;
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality of project implementation;
- Constant tracking of trends;
- Collaboration with the brand's visual director and art director;
- Search for new content formats, technologies, and tools for brand development.
Requirements:
- Portfolio of completed projects;
- At least 3 years of experience as a creative producer for photo and video shoots in the fashion industry;
- Systemic approach, strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with mobile shooting and understanding of the specifics of creating content for social networks;
- Ability to organize the shooting process;
- Responsibility in planning and understanding how to organize project work to meet deadlines;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects and implementation of best practices in future work.
