YouTube Producer
Company: MDI Group
Location: Eli Estate Eco-village, Moscow, RU
Hello,
My name is Daria Yavnova, Head of Content and Social Media for MDI Group, responsible for our media presence. I am currently looking for a goal-oriented and passionate individual who will not only strengthen our team but also become an industry leader in video platforms, enhance lead generation systems, achieve millions in reach, and ensure consistency through their systematic approach.
✅ Key facts about the company and the vacancy:
- MDI is a developer focused on the business and premium segments. We create the entire ecosystem for suburban living: ponds, bath complexes, sports grounds and tennis courts, children's playgrounds, our own management company, concierge service, and even a helipad. And all of this is set within a coniferous forest and top-tier nature.
- The company is in a phase of active growth. Not a startup anymore, but not yet a corporation. High workloads, demands, and speeds require dedication and 100% involvement.
- Location-wise, it's the Klin district of Moscow Oblast. You'll need to be here most of the time in our marketing house; remote work is not an option. If you're from Moscow or another region, you must be prepared for a lifestyle change.
Due to the growing volume of tasks, I am opening a competition for a Content Producer. If you are a systematic and responsible person who always monitors metrics, knows how to increase reach, make videos engaging with a high viewer retention rate, and scale leads from them – read on. It's important to me that our collaboration brings not only results but also satisfaction from the work done. You can independently build the process from idea to finished video, understand Shorts million-viewers, and platform metrics. You are deeply immersed in the subject, follow trends, are persistent, goal-oriented, and driven to work. You detest GPT scripts; you love to create with soul, excellence, and quality. You've learned from the best and continue to learn!
✅ What will you need to do?
- Create a channel content plan
- Write scripts / script outlines
- Organize and conduct shoots
- Support and assist the film crew and subjects during shoots
- Analyze channel performance and make constructive adjustments that significantly improve results
- Manage the post-production team
What do the team members say about the advantages of working at MDI?
- The company has a very cool product and its marketing. Premium real estate – it's interesting to work with, regardless of the specific tasks involved.
- The team grows together; those who don't fit are out, those who do are great and their growth is visible. You develop significantly in marketing: your brain is always alert, tasks require diving into product details + noticing and implementing even the smallest details. Moreover, growth is not only in skills but also in money: fulfilled task plan → received good compensation.
- Very fast implementation cycle for solutions: conceived → executed. 0 bureaucracy. Plus, there's a budget for implementing everything we conceive and plan; they don't skimp on budgets for hypotheses that can bring in money. Plus, openness, and the dialogue is generally transparent. Exactly the same feedback. Yes, not always pleasant, but there's always meaning in it. Importantly, you always need to separate – this is a work matter, and this is about the person.
- Working in nature, we have a separate marketing house, even without infrastructure (restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket within steps), it's great, everything you need is there.
- A full sense of belonging; I'm not just a cog in the machine, not a checkbox person. There's always an opportunity to prove yourself, take responsibility, achieve results, improve something. It's always about growth, not about being in an ant-hill collective where you do the same thing for years and go unnoticed, without growth. Here, everything pushes you towards growth, and management in particular.
Why is the marketing department team not willing to work with remote marketers?
- At first, I thought working in the middle of nowhere was a pain because it's far from Moscow and civilization, it completely changes my usual lifestyle, plus it's like a real shift, I'll rarely see my spouse. No supermarket, no restaurants within walking distance, 90% of what I moved to Moscow for goes to hell. After working, you realize that to do marketing at the MDI level, you need to be on-site 100%. It's closer contact with the product, the team (not just marketing), faster immersion, living and sleeping in the fresh air is better than in the city. If you're not here, there's no live training, you don't see the settlement itself, what's changing, where the difficulties are. There are no proper meetings where you can get instant feedback. There's no constant buzz. In general, there's no vibe of a live marketing department, which you get on-site.
- Remote work is not an option for the company's marketers because life within the project is very active. I myself used to think that a few visits a week were enough, but in reality, with rare presence, you lose connection with colleagues and what's happening, and miss important details. A live project requires the same live dedication and momentum, therefore, remote work is completely unsuitable for this.
