SMM Manager
Company: MDI Group
Location: Yeli Estate Eco-village, Moscow, RU
Hi,
My name is Daria Yavnova, and I'm responsible for MDI Group's media presence. I'm currently looking for a driven and passionate individual who will not only strengthen our team but also become an industry leader in social media, boost lead generation and reach into the millions, and ensure consistency through their systematic approach.
✅ Key facts about the company and the vacancy
- MDI is a developer focusing on the business and premium segments. We create an entire ecosystem for suburban living: ponds, banya complexes, sports grounds and tennis courts, children's playgrounds, our own management company, concierge services, and even a helipad. And all of this is set within a coniferous forest and top-tier nature.
- The company is in a phase of active growth. Not a startup anymore, but not yet a corporation. High demands, requirements, and speeds necessitate dedication and 100% involvement.
- Territorially, this is the Klinsky district of the Moscow region. You'll need to be here most of the time in our marketing house; remote work is not an option. If you're from Moscow or another region, you must be ready to change your lifestyle.
Due to the growing volume of tasks, I am opening a competition for an SMM Marketer.
If you are a systematic and responsible person who is always on top of metrics, knows how to grow reach on social media and scale leads from them – read on. It's important to me that our collaboration brings not only results but also enjoyment from the work done. You can shoot viral Reels and create engaging, impactful carousel posts. You are deeply knowledgeable, follow trends, are persistent, goal-oriented, and energized for work. You dislike GPT-generated scripts; you prefer to create with soul, excellence, and quality. You've learned from the best and continue to learn!
✅ What will need to be done?
- Transform the company's social media into a vibrant brand media center.
- Develop a content funnel.
- Ensure stable growth of reach/engagement through posts and vertical content (Reels/Shorts, self-shot), and lead generation on key platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, Telegram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Dzen, TikTok, Threads.
- Create systematic lead generation through social media (reach → followers → lead magnet → applications).
- Synchronize social media with email campaigns and CRM to secure repeat interactions.
What do the team members say about the advantages of working at MDI?
- The company has a very cool product and its marketing. Premium real estate – it's interesting to work with, regardless of the specific tasks assigned.
- The team grows together; those who don't fit in are gone, and those who do are excellent and show growth. You develop significantly in marketing: your brain is always sharp, tasks require delving into product details + noticing and implementing even the smallest details. Moreover, growth is not only in skills but also in money: if you complete the task plan → you get good compensation.
- Very fast solution implementation cycle: conceived → done. 0 bureaucracy. Plus, there's a budget for implementing everything conceived and planned; they don't skimp on budgets for hypotheses that can bring money. Plus, openness, generally, the dialogue is always transparent. Exactly the same feedback. Yes, not always pleasant, but there's always meaning in it. Importantly, you always need to distinguish – this is a work matter, and this is about the person.
- Working in nature, we have a separate marketing house; even without infrastructure (restaurants, cafes, a grocery store nearby), it's great here, everything you need is available.
- A complete sense of involvement; I'm not just a cog in the machine, not a checkbox person. There's always an opportunity to prove yourself, take responsibility, deliver results, something better. It's always about growth, not a typical office environment where you do the same thing for years and go unnoticed, with no growth. Here, everything pushes you towards growth, especially management.
Why is the marketing department team not ready to work with remote marketers?
- Initially, I thought working in the middle of nowhere was crap because it's far from Moscow and civilization, it would completely change my usual lifestyle, plus it's like a real shift, I'd rarely see my spouse. No grocery stores, cafes, restaurants within walking distance, 90% of what I moved to Moscow for – is gone. After working here, you realize that to do marketing at the MDI level, you need to be on-site 100%. It's closer contact with the product, the team (not just marketing), faster immersion, living and sleeping in fresh air – better than in the city. If not here, there's no real-time learning, you don't see the village itself, what's changing, what difficulties exist. There are no proper planning meetings where you can get instant feedback. There's no constant energy. In general, there's no vibe of a live marketing department, which exists on-site.
- Remote work is not an option for the company's marketers because life within the project is very active. I used to think a few visits a week were enough, but in reality, with infrequent presence, you lose connection with colleagues and what's happening, and miss important details. A living project requires the same lively dedication and impulse, therefore, remote work is completely unsuitable for this.
