At RECRUTICO, we are looking for a CRM Manager for our partner - an international iGaming company that is actively developing its user retention and communication strategies. The role is suitable for a specialist who knows how to work with the player lifecycle, understands metrics, and wants to influence retention and LTV.

📅 Schedule: 5/2, full-time 🌍 Format: remote

🚀 Responsibilities: – Development and optimization of onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows – Setting technical specifications for cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, analytics) – HTML email template layout and adaptation for devices – Creation and launch of automated sequences (Smartico experienced) – Database segmentation and newsletter setup – Control of deliverability and sender reputation management – Analysis of campaign effectiveness (OR, CTR, conversions) and identification of growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements: – iGaming experience of at least 1 year – Understanding of email / SMS / push channel operations – HTML skills for email template layout – Understanding of key CRM metrics and methods for their growth – Ability to create conversion-oriented content
