The company is developing a product in the fintech and digital assets space, focusing on user operations, payments, and financial instruments.

This role is for an analyst who wants to directly influence the product through data and experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of A/B testing: design → launch → analysis → implementation
• Formation and verification of product hypotheses
• Identifying growth opportunities in the product funnel
• Analysis of user behavior (funnels, retention, segmentation)
• Building and developing a system of product metrics
• Working with event-based analytics and setting up tracking
• Influencing product decisions in collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams

Requirements (must-have):

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product / Growth Analyst
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Mandatory end-to-end A/B testing experience
• Understanding of statistics (p-value, confidence intervals, sample size)
• Experience with product metrics: retention, churn, LTV, funnels
• Experience with event-based analytics
• Confident experience with Amplitude
• Experience with AppsFlyer
