PR Manager (Commercial Real Estate)
What you will be doing:
- Forming and implementing a PR strategy to popularize transactions with RZD property – from the overall image of the direction to specific projects;
- Writing advertising and PR texts: articles, press releases, commercial proposals, social media posts;
- Interacting with media, journalists, bloggers – initiating publications, preparing speakers, accompanying interviews;
- Organizing media activities of top management in the context of the Center's activities;
- Organizing the placement of materials in the public domain: press, channels, industry publications, specialized events;
- Analyzing mentions of RZD in the context of the Center's activities, developing and implementing corrective measures;
- Managing the Center's social media accounts and the corresponding section of the corporate website;
Our requirements for the candidate's experience:
- higher education;
- Experience in PR / corporate communications from 3 years; real estate, advertising and marketing departments;
- Strong content skills: copywriting, editing, adapting tone for different platforms (from corporate website to Telegram channel);
- Experience interacting with business and industry media, understanding editorial processes;
- Skills in crisis communications and media field monitoring;
- Understanding the specifics of the real estate market or corporate sales – an advantage;
- Experience managing social media and content planning
- Proficient PC user, MS Office, Internet, CRM systems, Yandex.Metrika, graphic editors;
- Proactiveness – does not wait for news leads, but creates them, independently searches for topics and formats;
