In Yandex Real Estate, we are looking for a PR Manager to be responsible for external communications for Real Estate and Rentals.
Yandex Real Estate is a service for convenient apartment searching. We help millions of users choose, sell, and rent out housing. The service was launched by Yandex in 2010 and has become one of the largest real estate classifieds in the country. The company has a large database of new buildings, secondary housing, commercial properties, and rental objects. Service specialists and artificial intelligence help users find the best options, and real estate professionals work with convenient features and technological solutions.
What tasks await you:
- Strategic planning: You will define the tactical plan for communication campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust the strategy considering business objectives and the current agenda. You will also track trends in the real estate market and adapt communication accordingly.
- Content production: You will create thematic plans, prepare author's columns and expert selections, and package key service messages into various formats – from news and analytical comments to creative PR projects.
- Interaction with media and experts: Your task is to actively communicate with journalists, handle media requests, and engage industry experts. You will react to situations and crises and strengthen trust in the service.
- Project implementation: You will need to plan and implement creative and non-standard PR initiatives within the team, participate in product launches, and execute cross-service projects that go beyond traditional media relations.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in PR.
- Experience with e-commerce and B2B services, classifieds, or in the real estate sector (a plus).
- You work with content and love to write.
- You understand the basics of data journalism and work with large volumes of data.
- Creative thinking.

- Proactive and curious.
- Ability to quickly understand a new market and target audience.
