We are a Ministry of Digital Development accredited IT company, DNS Technologies, looking for a Process and Project Manager!
The team is developing international DNS network online products: SITE Global, Mobile DNS-SHOP Light, GPS for improving efficiency within the country of presence.
We have now decided to increase our staff of specialists and are ready to invite another colleague to the team who will help us with these and other tasks!
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the full development cycle of the "Site Global" and "DNS-SHOP Light" products
- Studying and developing SEO
- Analyzing and describing current business processes
- Managing projects and processes, monitoring deadlines, resources, quality, and budget
- Forming and updating project documentation (terms of reference, plans, reports)
- Interacting with development, design, analytics, and related departments teams
- Identifying and minimizing risks, resolving conflict situations
- Processing feedback and assisting with SEO (indexing, accessibility, optimization)
- Consulting on product processes
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Knowledge of project and process management methodologies
- Skills in planning, task decomposition, goal setting, and performance monitoring
- Ability to work with project management systems (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Skills in negotiation, presenting results, and working with documentation
- Knowledge of web and mobile development specifics
- Understanding of UX/UI and adaptability principles
Will be a plus:
Experience in IT or digital products / Basic knowledge of UX/UI and web development / Understanding of the software development lifecycle / Experience working with the 1C query console / Systems analysis skills / Experience writing terms of reference for development
