The New Markets team is developing Aviasales marketing in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Georgia.
There are already more than 20 of us: country managers, SMM and marketing managers, and a chief editor. Together we study the needs and pain points of different markets, brainstorm new ideas, deeply value organic traffic, and break records one after another.
Now we are looking for a marketing manager who will develop blogger relations and offline activations in Uzbekistan: come up with a strategy, negotiate, launch projects, and analyze what worked.
What needs to be done
- develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy for the Uzbekistan market;
- search for, evaluate, and attract bloggers and opinion leaders;
- manage advertising integrations end-to-end: negotiate, agree on terms, prepare briefs, assist with scripts, and control placements;
- build long-term relationships with bloggers and agencies;
- devise and launch offline activations: search for venues, gather concepts, negotiate with all participants, travel to the site if necessary, and control the launch;
- manage campaign budgets and ensure they are effective for the task;
- test new formats, platforms, and hypotheses, analyze results, identify growth areas, and suggest what to test next;
- collaborate with marketing, SMM, PR, and analytics teams.
What we expect from you
- knowledge of the Uzbek language for free communication with bloggers and the Russian language for working with the team;
- understanding of the current marketing landscape in Uzbekistan, relevant trends, and why Uzbekistanis experience increased testosterone when they are late for a flight;
- experience in independently managing blogger integrations – from initial contact to results analysis;
- experience launching offline activations: from venue search and concept development to contractor coordination and on-site control;
- experience in developing creative mechanics for blogger placements and offline projects.
How we work
- remote full-time work: 5/2, 8-hour working day;
- no bureaucracy: comfortable, healthy processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making.
