We are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications to build BirBir's communication strategy and help make the brand understandable, recognizable, and trusted by users.

Tasks
- Develop BirBir's brand communication strategy in the Uzbekistan market.
- Formulate positioning, key messages, and tone of voice.
- Adapt communications for the local market, audiences, and categories.
- Launch creative campaigns to increase awareness, trust, and user activity.
- Manage the production of creatives for digital, social, performance, CRM, and PR.
- Develop communications along the user journey: from first contact to repeat service usage.
- Work with PR, influencers, special projects, and content.
- Analyze communication effectiveness and run rapid hypothesis tests.
- Use AI tools for research, creatives, localization, and accelerating production processes.
Expectations
- Experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing.
- Understanding of digital products, marketplace/classified models will be an advantage.
- Ability to translate product value into simple and strong communications.
- Experience working with creatives, content, performance teams, and agencies.
- Strong sense of audience, local context, and consumer insights.
- Analytical approach: ability to assess the impact of communications on business metrics.
- Readiness to work at a fast pace, test hypotheses, and build processes from scratch.
What's important in the role
This is not a position for beautiful campaigns for the sake of campaigns. The role is responsible for communications that directly contribute to BirBir's growth: user acquisition, ad postings, responses, repeat usage, and development of key categories.
