We are looking for a Head of Marketing for HH.UZ due to the opening of hh's representative office in Tashkent. The key challenge: to launch and scale a full-fledged marketing function in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the HH.UZ marketing strategy (B2C + B2B).
• Launch and scaling of acquisition channels: digital, performance, brand, PR, partnerships.
• Growth of HH brand awareness in Uzbekistan.
• Building and managing a marketing team: hiring, processes, KPIs.
• Working with product and commerce to increase conversions and revenue.
• Marketing budget management and channel ROI.

What will help you join our team:

• Proficiency in the Uzbek language and knowledge of the local market.
• 5+ years in marketing, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience launching or scaling a digital product/service.
• Strong expertise in reach and performance marketing, SMM.
• Experience managing teams and budgets.
• Experience with B2C products, preferably with two-sided platforms.
