We’re Hiring at Deepen: Marketing Director

At Deepen, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing efforts. If you know how to build systems, generate consistent leads, and turn strategy into measurable growth — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Lead brand positioning and messaging
• Manage and grow the marketing team
• Oversee content, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and partnerships
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels
• Analyze data, KPIs, and campaign performance to drive ROI
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience building and executing marketing strategies from scratch
• Deep understanding of digital marketing (SMM, paid ads, email, funnels, analytics)
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus
• Ability to work full-time in office (9:00–18:00, 5/2 format)

Compensation:
