We are the MoiSklad team. For over 19 years, we have been developing and selling an ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses. We help manage inventory, control sales and purchases, sell online, and print necessary business documents.
We are now expanding our team due to our entry into the Uzbekistan market and are looking for someone to lead marketing in Uzbekistan. This includes updating the website, working with an SMM agency, launching email campaigns, creating funnels, attending events, and finding bloggers and interesting business communities. The goal is to come up with new solutions for attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 6 years of experience in marketing
- Has experience leading projects: webinars, advertising campaigns, events, website updates, etc.
- Can work with the company website and make suggestions for changes and updates
- Knows how to write texts using AI: news articles, checklists, guides, posts
- Is able to work with agencies and understands the principles of social media
- Understands basic settings for contextual, targeted, and display advertising
- Is proactive, can communicate with different people, work in a team, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knows Russian and Uzbek languages
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing a plan for marketing and PR activities in Uzbekistan
- Researching the Uzbekistan market: competitors, media landscape, popular channels, bloggers, etc.
- Working with the website: updating and publishing news, articles, and announcements, specifically: blog posts, adapting and migrating landing pages and articles, creating new unique articles
- Working with an SMM agency: approval, control, task assignment
- Developing social media funnels: engagement, nurturing, sales, repeat sales
- Assisting in organizing events (conferences, exhibitions, meetups)
- Collaborating with bloggers and business communities
- Working with advertising: display, outdoor, radio, etc.
