Responsibilities: • Building and developing the financial function considering business scaling • Developing management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Plan-vs-Actual analysis • Optimizing and automating accounting based on 1C/ERP • Managing cash flows, liquidity, and working capital • Controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable • Interacting with banks and preparing for attracting financing • Interaction between the financial block, sales, and owners • Managing the financial department team • Participating in strategic planning and business decision-making

Our ideal candidate: • CFO / Head of Finance experience of 5+ years • Experience in building a financial function from scratch or its large-scale transformation • Strong experience in accounting automation and 1C implementation • Experience in high-turnover companies; logistics, retail, manufacturing — are an advantage • Understanding of business scaling specifics • Experience interacting with owners and top management • Experience preparing a company for bank financing • Strong project management and organizational change management skills
