CFO / Financial Director (Chief Financial Officer)

The company NARPAY HOLDING invites a strong CFO capable of increasing business value and turning each project into an independent profit center.

🎯 Main Objective

Ensuring the financial stability of the company, profit growth, risk minimization, and strategic increase of the overall business value.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of strategic financial policy;
• Formation of annual and monthly budgets, full control of income and expenses;
• Analysis of investment projects (ROI, IRR, NPV) and participation in managerial decision-making;
• Management of cash flow and control of the payment balance;
• Preparation and in-depth analysis of reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow;
• Interaction with government authorities, auditors, and consulting companies on issues of taxation, audit, and law;
• Participation in strategic decisions together with the CEO

🛠 Who are we looking for?

Hard skills:

• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and financial modeling;
• Experience in investment and risk management analysis;
• Work with ERP systems: 1C, Odoo, SAP;
• Experience in building systems of internal financial control;

Soft skills:

• Strategic thinking and systems analysis;
• Decisiveness and objectivity in decision-making;
• High level of responsibility and financial discipline;
• Reliability in working with confidential information;
• Stress resistance and operational thinking;

🎓 Requirements:

• Education: economics, finance, accounting, or business management;
• Advantage: MBA, ACCA / CIMA / CPA;
• Work experience in the financial sphere — 5–7 years;
• Experience in a managerial position — 3–5 years;
• Age: 35–45 years;

💰 We offer:

• Fixed salary: 3,500 – 3,800 $;
• Quarterly bonus based on OKR: 1,050 – 1,140 $;
