We are looking for a CFO for a fast-growing company with high turnover to develop the financial function and support business scaling.
Key Tasks: • Building and transforming the financial function; • Development of management reporting: P&L, CF, Balance Sheet, Plan-Fact; • Optimization and automation of accounting in 1C / ERP; • Management of liquidity, financial flows and working capital; • Interaction with banks and preparation for attracting financing; • Management of the financial team and participation in strategic decisions.
We are looking for you if: • 5+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance; • Experience in building or deeply transforming the financial function; • Strong experience in accounting automation and 1C implementation; • Experience working in high-turnover companies, preferably in logistics, retail, or manufacturing; • Experience interacting with owners and top management; • Practical experience in preparing for bank financing.
