Responsibilities:
- Defining deviation thresholds for project timelines, construction and installation progress, and budget; maintaining them as the portfolio grows
- Verifying the quality of initial data: schedule charts from "Exon", technical customer reports, protocol requisites. Identifying data that cannot be used for monitoring and formulating what is missing
- Participating in the design of the project registry: attribute composition, stage milestones, object metrics, reference data
- Preparing analytical reports on deviations and compensatory measures for Project Committee meetings
- Formulating data requirements for source systems — composition, formats, API export frequency — and verifying their fulfillment
- Preparing benchmark questions on construction and schedule planning for the acceptance of the platform's AI agent
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Experience in construction projects
- Analytical work experience of at least two years, with at least one year involving construction or infrastructure project data
Will be a plus:
- Experience on the client or technical client side, rather than contractor side
- Participation in the implementation of construction management systems and common data environments (Exon, Pilot-BIM, Adept, and similar)
- Familiarity with TIM/BIM and digital information models
- Experience applying AI tools to project documentation and reporting
