Position: AI Optimizer

Work format: Office/hybrid, Cyprus (relocation package provided).

We are looking for an AI Optimizer to help implement artificial intelligence into the company's business processes and find growth opportunities through automation. We are seeking someone who not only knows AI tools but can also turn them into measurable business results.

Key tasks: • Analyze company processes and identify automation opportunities. • Implement AI solutions into the work of marketing, HR, support, sales, and operational teams. • Test new AI tools and launch them quickly. • Reduce manual labor and increase team productivity. • Search for best AI practices and implement modern solutions. • Evaluate the effectiveness of implementations through business metrics.

Who we are looking for: • Experience in implementing AI and automating business processes. • Practical experience with modern AI tools and LLMs. • Systems thinking, high initiative, and a focus on rapid results. • Desire to constantly test new technologies and stay at the forefront of AI. • Location — Cyprus or readiness to relocate.
