We are an accredited IT company, developing a high-load mobile e-ticket service with a multi-million audience.
The mobile application interacts with backend services that integrate with banking systems, fiscal data operators, and ticketing gateways to deliver tickets to users' mobile devices.
We are looking for a qualified system analyst who independently designs the logic of system operation and interaction, prepares specifications understandable to the team, and supports the implementation of solutions until functionality acceptance.
What you will do:
- Clarify requirements: determine the goals of changes, constraints, and dependencies, obtain missing information from the team and integration participants.
- Design API and system interaction: define the logic of data exchange between the mobile application, backend, and external services.
- Develop payment and ticketing scenarios: describe the main flow, refunds, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Prepare task descriptions for backend and frontend: create API contracts, data models, and sequence diagrams; record functional and non-functional requirements, agree on solutions and acceptance criteria with the team.
- Support implementation up to acceptance: answer questions from developers and QA, verify results, and update documentation.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least three years of system analysis experience with personal experience in designing APIs and integrations.
- Personal experience in designing payment integrations and supporting their implementation: bank card acquiring, processing, payment gateways, or SBP. Understanding of participant roles and the lifecycle of payment transactions.
- Ability to create REST API contracts in OpenAPI/Swagger: describe requests and responses, fields, validation, HTTP status codes, errors, and versioning.
- Practical experience in designing interactions via Kafka; ability to choose between synchronous and asynchronous exchange, consider message redelivery and processing failures.
- Ability to design transactional scenarios: ensure data integrity and consistency of operation states, consider idempotency, timeouts, retries, service unavailability, unknown result, and partial success.
- Knowledge of API security: authentication and authorization, roles and access rights, tokens and certificates, trust between services, auditing user and system actions.
- Ability to describe data models (entities, relationships, and attributes) and build sequence diagrams.
- Ability to justify technical solutions and formulate unambiguous requirements that the team can use to implement and verify functionality.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in designing operation scenarios and integrations for mobile applications.
- Experience with ticketing and transport services, transport cards, NFC, fiscalization.
- Relevant higher education or completed system analysis courses.
Conditions:
- Official employment, full-time, full working day.
- A specific offer within the indicated salary range will be determined based on the selection results.
- Office-based work in Moscow, Donskoy district (metro stations "Leninsky Prospekt", "Shabolovskaya", "Tulskaya", MCC "Gagarina Square").
- Probationary period of three months. Voluntary medical insurance (DMS) after successful completion of the probationary period.
- After the probationary period, a hybrid work model is possible upon agreement, taking into account work results and independence.
How the selection process works:
-
Review of resume and clarification of cooperation terms.
-
Short interview (screening up to 20 minutes) on your experience and system analysis fundamentals.
-
Interview with the manager: initially a small practical task, then a discussion of practical cases and your experience.
We recruit directly, without intermediaries, with the opportunity to discuss tasks and conditions with the potential employer.
