Let's get acquainted! I'm Yulia - a recruiter for the Star Leads team.
We launch and scale mini apps in Telegram: services, utilities, gaming, and content products. We work fast, test hypotheses, and scale what shows metrics.
**Who we need - an experienced Product Manager who will take full responsibility for the development cycle of mini apps — from idea to performance growth.
⚙️What you'll be working with: **__ Full management of products in the Telegram Mini Apps format. Formation of product strategy and roadmap. Search and validation of hypotheses (MVP → metrics → scale). Work with analytics: DAU / MAU, Retention, Conversion, ARPU / LTV. Tasking: frontend / backend, designer, QA. Backlog prioritization. Improving user journeys within Telegram. Launching and optimizing monetization (subscriptions, in-app payments, Stars, etc.). Interaction with marketing and growth departments. Analysis of competitors and the Telegram products market.__ ** 🍒What we expect from you:
Product Manager experience of 2+ years. Experience with products in the Telegram Mini Apps format. Understanding of product metrics and A/B testing. Ability to work with a development team. Skill in formulating hypotheses and verifying them through data. Understanding of Telegram specifics (UX, limitations, SDK). Experience launching MVP from scratch. Experience with subscription models or microtransactions. 🔥Will be a big plus:
Experience with other mini-apps (VK Mini Apps, WeChat Mini Programs).
