Star Leads Traffic Media is an international media buying agency operating in the FinTech, EdTech, and Infobusiness verticals with its own production center.

We have launched a new direction in our company - we are launching mini apps in Telegram: services, utilities, gaming, and content products. We work fast, test hypotheses, and scale what shows metrics.**

**In connection with this, **we need a super strong project manager with extensive experience in developing, launching, scaling, and supporting applications. **

⚙️Responsibilities:

● Manage the full lifecycle of project development: from idea to launch and post-support. ● Conduct regular operational project management: planning, execution control, reporting. ● Hold daily/weekly calls with the development team, content specialists, and other participants. ● Interact with content managers, marketers, and designers for product packaging and promotion. ● Track plan execution, identify risks, and promptly resolve emerging issues. ● Coordinate key product decisions with the team and stakeholders. ● Manage one or more projects simultaneously (Honey Bunny and other products).

💣We are looking for a candidate with:

● At least 2 years of experience as a project manager, project lead, or operations manager in an IT product company, arbitrage team, or outsourcing development. ● Practical experience in launching and supporting applications for App Store, Google Play, or Telegram Mini Apps. ● Understanding of marketing, product packaging, and monetization basics. ● Ability to independently solve product-related tasks without micromanagement. ● Technical background (preferably a technical higher education) for communication with developers. ● High ambition and a desire to create products that millions will use.

● Has a portfolio of successful cases — applications that generated revenue and scaled. ● Has worked in arbitrage companies on a flow basis or in studios with a portfolio of 5–10 products. ● Understands the full development cycle: from technical specification to publication and analytics. ● Can speak the same language as developers, marketers, and designers. ● Strives to create products, not just complete tasks.
