A subsidiary of RZD Business Active is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.
JSC "RZD Business Active" was founded in 2020 and is engaged in the organization of multimodal container transportation based on its own and attracted assets. The Company organizes international multimodal transportation with the participation of its subsidiary FELB Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of the company's financial activities
- Budgeting (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Formation of consolidated management reporting at the Group division level in China (legal entities in Shanghai and Beijing)
- Budget analysis — identification of deviations between planned and actual indicators
- Analysis of the company's financial and economic activities
- Improvement and development of accounting and analytics methods
- Tax planning, development of taxation models (calculation, analysis, optimization)
- Analysis, description, automation of business processes
- Control of accounting department operations
- Determination of the company's financial policy
- Document flow management
- Building financial models for company development and investment projects
- Interaction with banks for obtaining credit products (negotiations, documentation preparation, contract conclusion), with audit and insurance companies
- Interaction with government bodies in China within the scope of functional responsibilities
- Analysis and assessment of the company's financial risks
- Participation in the automation of financial function operations
- Presentation of materials within the scope of functional responsibilities at the Board of Directors meetings
Requirements:
- Higher education (finance and economics)
- Language proficiency (English — fluent; Chinese — fluent, preferably; Russian — fluent)
- Experience as CFO in the Chinese market
- Experience in international companies — desirable
- Experience in vertically integrated holding structures — desirable
- Experience as CFO in a logistics company — desirable
- Experience as CFO in a railway container transportation sector company — desirable
