Sales Manager (via Diagnostics)

Looking for a sales manager for my advertising agency. The job is completely remote.

We focus on attracting clients for businesses and specialists. We take on one niche at a time and work exclusively within it, adding new ones later. The agency is currently scaling, and we need 2-3 salespeople, whom we will provide with stable leads. The main thing is that this is not about cold calls!

What you will do:

• contact people who have already shown interest in our services;
• qualify leads according to a ready-made script;
• schedule and conduct selling Zoom calls - diagnostics;
• present the service and close clients on payment;
• after the call, remind and finalize the sale, I will provide all materials;
• transfer new clients to the team for work.

You do not need to find clients independently or engage in cold prospecting - we provide the leads.

The main task is to qualitatively process the existing flow and lead a person to a sale.

Who I am looking for:

Primarily, someone who can talk to people and sell through dialogue, not just read a script.

Important:

• fluent spoken and written language;
• confidence on calls and video meetings;
• communication skills, ability to ask questions, identify needs, and handle objections;
• responsibility for your commitments and agreements, and ours, of course;
• sales experience will be a big plus.

I don't need diplomas or certificates; the main thing is that you can sell and are motivated to work. I will provide you with a ready-made script, training on the product and the specifics of our clients, assistance at the start, and analysis of difficult situations.

If you have previously sold marketing, advertising, consulting, training, or other services — great. If your niche was different, but you know how to sell, I will consider you too.

Schedule:

The job is completely remote. The schedule is quite flexible, we can adjust it to your time zone.

Aiming for about 4–5 hours a day, 5/2. If desired, you can take on more leads and earn more.

Income:

With effective work of about 4 hours a day, the income target is 80,000 ₽ per month. With a larger number of sales, the income can be higher - there is no ceiling.
