About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized Creative Studio Project Assistant to oversee project workflows, ensuring smooth operations within our creative team. You will manage timelines, resource allocation, and project prioritization to keep deliverables on track and report to our Creative Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Act as a bridge between creative, account, and production teams
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Maintain project tracking systems and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in traffic or project management within a creative or agency setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency and love for project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• English fluency (any other language is a bonus!)

You will manage deadlines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure everything is delivered on time. Your direct supervisor will be the Creative Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project execution schedules and monitor deadline adherence.
• Act as a liaison between the creative team, account managers, and the production department.
• Efficiently allocate resources and balance employee workloads.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain project tracking systems and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in traffic management or project management in a creative environment / advertising agency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Proficiency with and a genuine liking for project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
