For a large fast-food chain, we are looking for an Operations Director who will take over the management of the chain's operational activities and ensure stable growth of performance indicators.

Tasks: • Management of restaurants and operational team. • Control of standards, service, and quality. • Fulfillment of revenue plans and operational KPIs. • Cost optimization and improvement of restaurant efficiency. • Management of leaders and team development. • Analysis of indicators and implementation of solutions for business growth.

Requirements: • Experience as COO / Operations Director / Operational Director in Fast Food, QSR, or HoReCa. • Experience managing a restaurant chain. • Strong management and analytical skills. • Focus on results and financial indicators.
