Deputy CEO

We are looking for a leader who can head and integrate all key corporate functions of the company, build a strong system of governance, accountability, organizational effectiveness, and become a key partner to the CEO / founder in managing the internal corporate structure of the organization.

Functions under management: Finance, Legal, Compliance. Human Resources, Administration

What is important in a candidate — 15+ years of leadership experience; — experience managing multiple corporate functions simultaneously; — experience in companies of 1000+ employees scale; — experience in direct interaction with CEO, founder, or board; — strong experience in organizational design; — strong people leadership background; — maturity, systematic approach, high level of independence; — ability to be a trusted partner to the top executive for the company's internal management system.

Preferred industrial experience: Technology, FinTech, Telecommunications, IT Services, Banking, large international corporations.
