Middle+ Marketing Specialist (Inbound Growth)
Remote | Full-Time | Building Global Partnerships in Digital Health

We partner with healthcare organizations globally to design, validate, and scale digital products that impact real-world clinical and behavioral outcomes.
Primary Goal:
Build and scale a stable, manageable inbound pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
💡 What You’ll Do
Short-Term Demand Generation:
- Launch and scale expert-driven content initiatives
- Build and optimize multi-step lead nurturing funnels
- Run influencer marketing campaigns
- Organize and execute online events (webinars, workshops, etc.)
Long-Term Growth Initiatives:
- Contribute to company-owned media development
- Develop partner marketing initiatives
- Work with SEO / GEO strategies
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities
- Participate in building and activating professional communities
Growth Execution:
- Track performance metrics and iterate through hypotheses
- Collaborate with PMs on acquisition, engagement, and retention insights
- Develop ICP understanding through custdev and market analysis
- Create and optimize conversion-focused marketing assets (landings, sequences, etc.)
🛠️ What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Proven B2B marketing experience in IT / digital products or services
- Hands-on experience with inbound demand generation funnels
- Growth mindset and data-driven approach
- Strong audience & market research skills (ICP, custdev, competitor analysis)
- Product thinking: acquisition, engagement & retention metrics understanding
- AI-first approach in marketing workflows and execution
- English — C1
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer marketing or online events
- ABM experience (tools, principles, approaches)
- SEO / GEO hands-on experience
- Healthcare / digital health background
- Experience with CRM / automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
