Executive Business Administrator (CEO Office) — Cyprus
Hi! We are an international company Crazybit, developing PC/Consoles games. A new structure will be formed within the CEO's team, responsible for the execution of administrative and corporate decisions, and we are looking for someone who will be responsible for the speed and quality of executing these very decisions.
This role is at the intersection of business, management, and corporate administration. You will work directly with the CEO, coordinate interaction between various company functions, support corporate initiatives, and ensure the rapid movement of tasks from decision to final result.
We are looking for someone who can independently organize the process, engage the necessary participants, remove obstacles, and bring matters to completion, not just an executor of individual tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the execution of strategic and operational decisions of the CEO
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve results
- Manage the lifecycle of corporate initiatives: from task setting to full completion
- Identify bottlenecks in processes, eliminate causes of delays, and increase decision-making speed
- Organize interaction between business, legal, financial, operational, and other functions
- Support the processes of approval, signing of contracts, and other corporate documents
- Develop and implement internal policies, regulations, and operational processes
- Formulate meeting agendas, record agreements, and monitor their execution
- Make independent decisions within your area of responsibility, proposing the most effective ways to implement tasks
What we expect:
- Experience in the role of Executive Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Program Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar position with direct interaction with the CEO or C-level executives
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects without direct administrative subordination of participants
- Ability to influence through authority, argumentation, and a systematic approach, rather than formal power
- High level of independence and readiness to take responsibility for organizing the execution of decisions
- Developed facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of the principles of corporate functions (finance, legal support, procurement, contract work)
- Experience in process optimization and change implementation
- Fluent in Russian and English languages
What we offer:
- Direct interaction with the CEO and involvement in business development
- Opportunity to influence the efficiency of the entire company, not just a single department
- High level of autonomy, trust, and authority
- International team and work with foreign partners
- Hybrid work format (office - Limassol);
- Competitive compensation, discussed individually
