In Ozon is required Head of Operational Audit Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of auditors with different skill levels and profiles (including developing team competencies);
- Organizing the activities of operational audit from the planning stage to the presentation of results to management;
- Conducting operational audits in various areas of the company's operations (e.g., Logistics, Commerce, Fire Safety);
- Fulfilling Ad-hoc requests, taking into account current workload and priorities;
- Constant interaction with business units (e.g., to update information on risks, update the audit plan);
- Automating auditor functions and developing current tools and reports.
