🚀 We at N1 Partners are looking for a Senior Project Manager!
We're looking for a strong project manager who can keep a portfolio of projects under control, manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and at the same time build transparent, efficient processes within the team 💼
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the full lifecycle of up to 5 projects simultaneously — from initiation to closure (according to PMI standards).
- Decompose projects into WBS, manage scope, timelines, and deliverables at the work package level.
- Prioritize the backlog and project portfolio in accordance with business goals.
- Plan and balance resources between projects together with team leads.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes through formal change control.
- Control budgets and burn rate, promptly signal risks of deviations.
- Prepare status reports, demos, and portfolio health dashboards for the Cluster Lead and Head of Engineering.
- Optimize SDLC and workflow processes: DoR / DoD, SLA, automations, ticket lifecycle.
- Build systematic communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and regular performance discussions with the team.
What's important to us:
- At least 3 years of project management experience in software development.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously (portfolio level).
- Confident command of Waterfall / Agile / hybrid approaches.
- Knowledge of PMI standards (PMBOK).
- PMI certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM or equivalent) or a relevant higher education degree — mandatory.
- English B1+.
A technical background, experience in a Team Lead role, and experience in iGaming - will be a big plus 🔥
