We are looking for not someone who can talk beautifully about Data Strategy. We are looking for someone who has built a data function with their own hands and can show its financial effect.

We are currently building the Data & AI function practically from scratch — with direct support from the company's top management. Therefore, we need a strong CDO who:

• has built or significantly transformed a data function in a bank, fintech, BNPL, or neobank;
• understands the economics of a credit product, not just the technology stack;
• has launched ML models into industrial operation;
• has established Data Governance and the analytical framework;
• knows how to work in a regulated environment;
• is ready to be not only a leader but also an implementer.

This is a role for a person who is interested not in coming into a ready-made system, but in creating it and seeing the direct result of their decisions in the business.

Location — Almaty, primarily office format.
