We are currently building the Data & AI function practically from scratch — with direct support from the company's top executive. Therefore, we need a strong CDO who:

• has built or significantly transformed a data function in a bank, fintech, BNPL, or neobank;
• understands the economics of a credit product, not just the technology stack;
• has launched ML models into industrial operation;
• has built Data Governance and the analytical framework;
• knows how to work in a regulated environment;
• is ready to be not only a leader but also an implementer.

This is a role for someone who is interested not in joining a ready-made system, but in creating it and seeing the direct result of their decisions in the business.
