About the position:

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to promote marketing initiatives in three key regions: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional who can independently plan and implement marketing activities, build and maintain strategic partnerships, launch joint marketing campaigns and events, and identify new opportunities for business development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting marketing events in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan
• Building and maintaining partner relationships, negotiating joint marketing initiatives and collaborations with regional partners
• Participating in the development and promotion of customer success stories and case studies in all three regions
• Managing marketing budgets, planning marketing cycles and campaigns
• Launching and monitoring digital marketing and promotional activities
• Preparing quarterly reports on marketing initiatives and their effectiveness

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, channel marketing, business development, or partner marketing.
• Proven experience in independently organizing events of various formats (online and offline), including planning, coordinating contractors, budget management, and performance evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills with experience in implementing joint marketing initiatives and collaborations.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and lead generation events.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs.
• Experience in preparing analytical reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Experience in creating and promoting customer success stories and case studies will be considered an advantage.
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, and personal commitment to results.
• Willingness to travel and manage activities in multiple regions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English will be considered a significant advantage.

Tasks for the probation period:

Events Calendar

• Develop and approve a marketing events calendar for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, including at least three events in each region by the end of the second month of employment.

Internal Event:

• Organize and conduct one internal event (online or offline) with at least 10 participants in one of the target regions.

Clients and Cases:

• Form a pool of 10–15 clients or partners in each region.
• Prepare plans for the development of at least three customer case studies.
• Develop engagement and cooperation plans for each selected client by the end of the probation period.
