Senior Analyst for the Monetization Team (Performance Money)

About the Team

The Performance Money team is responsible for developing monetization products for our sellers, making their work with the platform better every day. Our products generate over 50% of the company's total revenue. We are looking for a strong analyst who can find new growth points in the product, conduct non-standard AB tests, and develop the direction for private sellers.

Examples of future tasks:

• develop, launch, and summarize AB-tests: seller, buyer, regional;

• conduct research on the best preset options for monetization products for the user;

• search for new approaches to product monetization;

• develop monitoring for tracking AB tests and product health.

It would be great if you:

• know and can apply mathematics and statistics to solve real-world problems;

• see the connection between mathematical formulas and their impact on business;

• possess data work skills: are proficient in SQL and Python;

• have experience designing and analyzing non-trivial AB-tests;

• can visualize data clearly and present the results of your research, explain complex things in simple terms, and negotiate with colleagues.
