Senior Data Analyst for the Avito Pro Program Team
The team provides analytical support for the horizontal Avito Pro program, which aims to improve the experience of professional sellers. We are responsible for the program's metrics and conduct large-scale research, the results of which form the basis for decisions by related and vertical teams. Our scope covers the entire journey of a Pro seller: from defining who belongs to this group, to retention, LTV growth, and increasing satisfaction on the platform.
The primary focus of the work centers around the Contact Rate (CR) metric for professional sellers. Your analytical insights will help teams make decisions regarding both product — for example, which changes can reduce the number of support requests — and monetization, making paid tools more understandable and effective for sellers.
analyze and forecast Pro CR;
research the impact of CR on company revenue;
conduct variance analysis "plan vs. actual," identify causes, and formulate recommendations for product and business teams;
maintain and improve the infrastructure for calculating/visualizing the metric (data marts and dashboards);
use internal LLM to analyze support requests, chats, and feedback, as well as to assess the quality of request topic labeling;
formulate and prioritize product hypotheses;
design and analyze A/B tests;
participate in forming the roadmap of initiatives for monetization teams.
are proficient in SQL and Python at a confident level;
have a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and data analysis;
think product-oriented: you see the user and their problem behind the metric;
are proactive, can communicate complex ideas to different audiences, and are focused on concrete results;
have experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
have experience in the field of ML (classical models, working with text/NLP, time series);
have experience in analyzing customer experience (CX) and understand how customer satisfaction impacts business metrics;
have experience building dashboards;
have worked with B2B clients.
