Hello everyone! Right now, I'm looking for two strong individuals to join my category team at Uzum Market, to grow e-commerce in Uzbekistan together. Uzum is the country's first tech unicorn: a marketplace, bank, and logistics all in one ecosystem. Being part of the first team is both super interesting and very challenging. But it's definitely not boring.
Head of Category Management — a person who will manage a group of categories like a full-fledged business with its own P&L, manage a team, and make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings.
Category Manager — a person interested in building a category, understanding assortment, working with suppliers and sellers, and seeing the results of their work in GMV and margin.
