Content Director

Required Experience: 3 to 6 years Employment Type: Full-time, 5/2

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the operational activities of the content department (100+ employees)
2. Ensure uninterrupted catalog filling (RU, BY, KZ, UAE, KSA, QAT)
3. Develop and implement KPIs for divisions
4. Organize promotions and maintain the relevance of promo sections
5. Control the creation and publication of product cards (texts, photos, videos, attributes)
6. Oversee the development and updating of brand zones
7. Monitor review moderation and their analytics
8. Ensure high quality of visual and textual content
9. Work on reducing assortment launch times
10. Coordinate interaction with the photo studio and warehouse
11. Ensure product movement for content creation
12. Increase process efficiency through automation
13. Formulate budgets for content creation and control their execution. Plan payroll, CAPEX, OPEX
14. Prepare regular reports for management
15. Track the market and best practices in e-commerce content, implement new approaches

Candidate Profile:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Content
2. E-commerce experience
3. Experience managing a large team
4. Ability to resolve conflict and disputed situations
5. Resource planning, understanding of e-commerce business processes
