Responsibilities:
- Building a modern HR strategy and implementing best global practices into the company structure;
- Transforming corporate culture, creating and implementing EVP (Employee Value Proposition);
- Optimizing recruitment processes and creating an effective hiring system;
- Developing and implementing performance management and other key HR processes;
- Managing the team and working with the organization's most important stakeholders;
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in large-scale HR transformations and successful implementation of changes in large companies;
- Ability to work hands-on, build processes, and work in a changing environment;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization;
- Adaptation to the region's culture and ability to work in the local environment.
