- Developing and implementing performance management and other key HR processes;
- Managing a team and working with the organization's most important stakeholders;

- Experience in large-scale HR transformations and successful implementation of changes in large companies (preferably in Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan);
- Ability to work hands-on, build processes, and work in a changing environment;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization;
- Adaptation to the region's culture and ability to work in the local environment.
