We are looking for an Exhibition Director at ARTDOM.
ARTDOM is an international company, an expert in professional exhibitions, conferences, and online solutions for the interior design industry in the markets of Russia, CIS, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Full P&L of the project: budget formation, approval, and control, margin, and profitability.
- Development of the concept, business plan, classification, timeline, venue, and target indicators.
- Management of the schedule and deadlines of all departments (sales, marketing, service, technical directorate, program, finance).
- Exhibition layout planning: zoning, scheme, traffic logistics, coordination with Crocus Expo.
- Organization of the directorate's work on-site (setup, operation, dismantle): staff, zones, schedules, personnel, control.
- Ensuring safety, occupational health, fire safety regime, and interaction with supervisory authorities.
- Contractor management (construction, logistics, cleaning, security, catering, AV/IT): tenders, contracts, acceptance, claims.
- Business program, work with associations, industry partners, and government support.
- Risk management and decision-making in emergency situations on-site.
- Post-project analytics: statistics, report, corrective actions for the next cycle.
- Audit and engineering of business processes, standardization, automation, implementation of KPIs and management reporting.
- Translation of the founder's strategy into an operational plan, execution control, team management, and motivation.
- Financial efficiency: accounts receivable control, cost optimization, profitability, P&L, and EBITDA management.
- Customer service management (NPS, retention, complaints), work in CRM (Bitrix24), and interaction with the owner.
- Understanding of unit economics of products (space, sponsorship, ARTDOM SELECT, services), participation in pricing, sales plan control, negotiations with key clients.
Requirements:
- From 5 years of managing full-cycle exhibition projects (concept–venue–analytics) in the position of Project Manager or Operations Director.
- Independent execution of exhibitions of 10,000 sq.m. or more at federal venues (Crocus Expo) — mandatory.
- Confirmed P&L: budget formation, approval, and execution. Experience managing 20+ permanent staff + extended on-site team.
- Management of construction and technical operation contractors; understanding of pricing (sq.m., sponsorship), sales funnel, and CRM.
- Higher education (management/economics/marketing); MBA is a plus. Experience in design, architecture, or international projects is desirable.
- Technical skills: MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling) — critical; CRM Bitrix24 — mandatory; MS PowerPoint, Word/Google Workspace.
- MS Project / Gantt — schedule planning; ability to read floor plans in AutoCAD/Corel — an advantage.
- English — not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2). Mandatory: negotiations with foreign participants and partners, work with international documentation, bilingual materials.
- Advantage: Arabic, French, Italian.
