MTС AdTech** is the advertising vertical of the MTS digital ecosystem. We provide advertising services for small, medium, and large businesses using our platforms and machine learning algorithms on MTS Big Data.
What you will do:
- prepare media plans and contextual advertising promotion strategies for new clients;
- prepare initial setup and launch of Yandex Direct advertising campaigns;
- optimize key advertising campaign KPIs (from CPM and CPC to CPO and ROI/DRR);
- control the uniform expenditure of funds within the approved placement plan;
- prepare regular reports and analytical materials to assess the effectiveness of current and completed client advertising campaigns;
- test hypotheses and conduct A/B tests.
What we expect from the candidate:
- at least 2 years of experience with Yandex.Direct; experience with B2B clients will be a plus;
- proficiency in various analytics systems: Yandex.Metrica, Roistat, Calltouch, Google Analytics (experience with AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, JetStat will be an advantage);
- interaction with related departments and clients (defending strategies/plans/reports), good written and spoken communication skills;
- ability to optimize campaigns by indicators such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CPO, ROI, etc.;
- experience working with Direct Commander, Key Collector, JetStat, and popular contextual advertising automation services;
- confident work with data in Excel (including pivot tables).
